Our Firm

Legal Traineeships

If you become a trainee at WJM we will already have recognised something different about you.  We are a full service commercial law firm that prides itself on being technically superb and client-centric in everything we do. This means that everyone at every level within the organisation must have the drive and ability to anticipate what our clients needs are, sometimes before they do, and act not only as technical advisors but also as client centric advisors.

We focus on your technical and non-technical development and integration into our vision and values.  As a trainee you can expect to learn from a variety of experience in four six-month seats in different core areas and also by participating in our established training programme, which includes Firm wide training and in-depth training specific to you at your stage of learning and in accordance with the PEAT 2 Outcomes.

Once we have established that you think like us and would embrace our culture we will look at your University performance, being guided by your achievement or expected achievement of at least a 2.1 degree.

Applications for 2012 and 2013 trainee places will close on 30th September 2011 and recruitment will be carried out during October 2011.
